A very prideful and joyful soul, Sheila has developed her own style, full of grace yet with a very direct and strong tone. She would also be the first to speak on the love she has for helping others. So if she can share what she knows, she’s more than happy to do it.

In any journey that you face, or anything that you want to do, your goal shouldn’t be to do it like someone else but to do it in your own way. Even then, in order to get to that point, you must have a foundation to work from.

As a mentor, there is a satisfaction in seeing the fruit of your efforts or what you’ve envisioned in teaching others actually show when the ones you teach find their OWN love and joy for dance.
