La Bodega

Soon, we return to the Bodega!

La Bodega is our newest social as we grind our feet into the ground and truly make ourselves at home in Gaithersburg.

It will be a ratio that will lean more bachata than salsa, however, like at Echale, we will dictate our plan regarding music to you, the people. If you like it, we’ll play it. If you live locally near the Rockville Town Square and heard the name ‘Bodega’ before, it’s with good reason. It was there that the person now known as DJ Sidekick and “The Muse” Eric Teran formed a partnership to try hard to get people to come and drink at the bar. We had some good nights and some rough ones but when it was all said and done, we were proud of that social.

And now, DJ Sidekick and “The Muse” Eric Teran are back together again at a place not too far from it’s original location. Located at the Mayan Monkey in Gaithersburg, Mayan Monkey is a brewery as well as a place to have a good time. Three floors (we’ll be at the top floor) with an outdoor patio, should be awesome when it gets warm. We can’t wait to show you guys this place.
